Your board met from 8am to 3pm in Fresno. We look forward to an exciting and productive year. Our main focus will be to increase:

• membership - by leading the way through educational workshops in our communities and,
• our visibility - through press releases and marketing strategies.

As you can see, we've had a "face lift." Our web site has a new look and image, with a number of new features, the most important being a live searchable membership database. This is your (CALDA members) image, your organization. We want you to be proud to be a part of it. If you know someone who is a registered and bonded LDA and not a member of CALDA, now is the time to convince them to join us.

Also, we will be voting on a new logo. We need your input on this, so please VOTE for the logo of your choice. It was voted unanimously, at the board meeting, that we include the phrase CALDA "Setting the Standards" to our logo. Seems to say it all when you think of everything your organization has accomplished!

2003 offers many opportunities to face new and exciting challenges. Help us accomplish them!
