CALDA CONFERENCE SPONSERSHIP OPPORTUNITES

Legal Document Assistants, Unlawful Detainer Assistants, Paralegals, Attorneys and other professionals offering services to the public from across the state gather once a year a CALDA’s Annual Conference to educate themselves at seminars and make decisions that affect their profession.  These individuals are leaders in their profession.  They make decisions about managing costs, automation, software record searches, forms software, equipment and more.  They are continually seeking better, more efficient ways to perform their tasks.

With an increasing number of registered Legal Document Assistants in California (and CALDA’s approval as an MCLE provider for California attorneys and paralegals) your company has the opportunity to personally reach a wide audience of potential buyers.  On October 19-21, 2012 they will gather at the ?? in Sacramento, CA. This year we are offering a variety of ways in which your company can participate. These options are outlined as follows:

Commitment level

1) SCHOLARSHIP DONATION: $500 – (100% applied toward scholarship fund for first year members)

- Purchase either the Kathy Ricci scholarship or Thomas Manning scholarship and send a first year CALDA member to conference to receive special recognition during the awards ceremony

- Acknowledgement on all conference and press materials

- Acknowledgement and information about your organization on CALDA website

- Weblink to your organization’s website from the conference website

- Opportunity to provide literature on CALDA registration table

- Placement of your company banner at conference site

2) SOCIAL EVENT SPONSOR:  $350 - (Applied toward the Friday night social event)

- Acknowledgement on all conference and press materials

- Acknowledgement on the CALDA website

- Weblink to your organization’s website from the CALDA website

- Opportunity to provide literature on CALDA registration table

3) ITEM DONATIONS

If you would like to donate advertising items, CALDA will place your items in the gift bags for each attendee to take home (est. 100 items). Your donation will be acknowledged in the conference program.
