Conference Registration Form


The Conference Registration fee varies depending on what you are registering for. Please visit our Conference Hotel and Pricing page to see the various options and their fees.

The price of the conference includes all class materials (even for classes you didn't attend), and all events, such as the President's reception. HOWEVER, neither CALDA nor the hotel will pay for meals for guests of registered conference attendees (such as spouses or partners of registered attendees).

Register before 10/1/2008 and save $55.00!!
The prices below reflect the Early Bird Discount and will go up on the cutoff date.

Early Bird Note: To avoid the LATE fee of $55.00 and qualify for early bird registration, Conference registrations via this website must be before 10/1/2008. The prices shown above are the discounted fees.

PERSONS REGISTERING AT THE DOOR DURING THE CONFERENCE MUST PAY BY CASH, MONEY ORDER, or CREDIT CARD; NO CHECKS & NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.



CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be considered/made only under the following conditions:
  1. A $25 booking and processing fee will be charged by CALDA and deducted from any refund. In addition, if fees were paid by credit card, the refund will be by check less the $25 booking and processing fee plus a 3% credit card processing cost.
  2. Fax request to Nancy Newlin at (530) 458-5544.
  3. No refunds of fees will be made after 10/1/2008. NO EXCEPTIONS! Classroom materials for the courses you selected will be mailed to you.
  4. All refunds will be paid thirty (30) days after the date of the conference, by check only.
  5. Substitute registrants will be allowed.


California Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA), a mutual benefit corporation, non-profit organization, whose purpose is to provide educational training, standards of practice and the dissemination of ongoing educational materials to its members in the fields of legal document preparation, procedure and paralegal services, through publication, lectures, or otherwise. CALDA, an approved provider, certify that these workshops have been approved for MCLE/CLE credit by the State Bar of California. These workshops also meet the standard for mandatory continuing legal education for CALDA members and for Paralegals (Legal Assistants).

Payment
Payment is due upon registration. CALDA accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks, money orders, cashier checks and cash.

Registration Confirmation
Participants will receive a confirmation letter via email or mail approximately one week after registration occurs.

MCLE Credit
The California Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA) certifies that these programs have been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amounts indicated for each workshop. CALDA is a State Bar of California MCLE-approved provider.

Conference Binder
Conference Binders may be purchased at Conference for a fee of $75.00. Stock is limited.
