CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY Refunds will be considered/made only under the following conditions: A $25 booking and processing fee will be charged by CALDA and deducted from any refund. In addition, if fees were paid by credit card, the refund will be by check less the $25 booking and processing fee plus a 3% credit card processing cost. All refunds will be paid thirty (30) days after the date of the conference, by check only. Substitute registrants will be allowed. California Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA), a mutual benefit corporation, non-profit organization, whose purpose is to provide educational training, standards of practice and the dissemination of ongoing educational materials to its members in the fields of legal document preparation, procedure and paralegal services, through publication, lectures, or otherwise. CALDA, an approved provider, certify that these workshops have been approved for MCLE/CLE credit by the State Bar of California. These workshops also meet the standard for mandatory continuing legal education for CALDA members and for Paralegals (Legal Assistants). Payment Payment is due upon registration.
