TWENTY FIRST ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Ramada Inn, Fresno, CA
MCLE APPROVED
October 17-19, 2008
Exhibiting, Advertising, and Sponsorship Opportunities
Legal Document Assistants, Unlawful Detainer Assistants, Paralegals, Attorneys, and
other professionals offering services to the public from across the state
gather once a year at CALDA's Annual Conference to educate themselves
at seminars and make decisions that affect their profession. These individuals are
leaders in their profession. They make decisions
about managing costs, automation, software record searches,
forms software, equipment, and more. They are continually seeking better,
more efficient ways to perform their tasks.
With an increasing number of registered Legal Document Assistants in California
(and CALDA's approval as an MCLE provider for California attorneys and paralegals) your
company has the opportunity to personally reach a wide audience of potential buyers. In October
2008 they will gather at the
Ramada Inn. This year we are offering a variety of
ways in which your company can participate even if the vendor area quickly fills to capacity or
your company is unable to send a personal representative. These options are outlined below.
For as little as $250, your company will have a 6' x 30" table with two chairs. On Saturday the class
schedule
will allow for a passing time that will include breaks long enough to allow people to browse the
Exhibitor's room. Members will be encouraged at each class to come by and meet the vendors. A Bingo
style game will be included in each member's registration packet and they will be required to come and
ask you questions. Lunch will be provided (after the noon hour rush of members visiting the exhibit room).
An afternoon class break will allow for more traffic and you are free at the end of the day!
If you'd like to reach an even bigger audience, for $350, your company will have a 6' x 30" table with two
chairs for both Friday and Saturday. On Saturday the class schedule
will allow for a passing time that will include breaks long enough to allow people to browse the
Exhibitor's room.
Personal contact results in higher sales because buyers experience your product or service first hand.
Wireless Internet Access may be available in the hotel lobby, although CALDA cannot guarantee a signal.
If there is no more
space available (or you simply can't make it to the conference), you can still advertise your business by
making a donation to the CALDA Conference.
Donations can be either sponsering of an event or products given to attendees.
Ideas for donations:
- Items for registration bags (letter openers, pens, etc. with your logo)
- Writing tablets or post-its or highlighting pens (with your logo)
- Bottled water (with your label!)
- Anything else your company might find creative and fun or edible!
- Raffle prizes that promote education for individual members (i.e. CFLR pass to a class was a great contribution last year), books, discount offers for continuing education, etc. etc. etc.
- $ Donations directly for Conference registration fees for those in need
- $ Donations to be applied toward the Friday Evening Reception
Sorry, but the on-line Vendor Application is not available at this time.
The Application will be available on this website no later than May 30, 2008.
