Hi, I'm Tyler. I've been helping everyday Californians navigate legal paperwork since 2009, beginning my career in San Luis Obispo County before establishing offices in both Ridgecrest and Arroyo Grande. Over the years, I've worked with thousands of pages of legal documents and assisted individuals and families through some of life's most important transitions.
Here's what you should know: I wear two hats. First, I'm a paralegal who works with attorneys, preparing legal documents and assisting with case management behind the scenes. Second, I'm a Registered and Bonded Legal Document Assistant (Kern County LDA #237), which allows me to work directly with members of the public who are representing themselves in court. If you're handling your own legal matter, I can prepare your legal documents at your direction, helping you avoid the expense of hiring an attorney for routine paperwork.
Many people are surprised to learn that California allows self-represented individuals to receive professional document preparation assistance. Whether you're filing for divorce, establishing custody and visitation orders, creating an estate plan, transferring property, forming a business, responding to a lawsuit, or handling another legal matter, I can help prepare the necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
As required by law, I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, represent you in court, or tell you what decisions to make. What I can do is help you understand the paperwork process, prepare documents based on your instructions, and make the legal system a little less overwhelming.
My background includes studies in paralegal practice, psychology, business, and divorce coaching. I believe legal services should be accessible, affordable, and approachable. My goal is to provide professional, friendly support so that people feel informed and confident as they move through the legal process.
I proudly serve clients throughout Kern County, San Luis Obispo County, and across California. Many services can be handled remotely, making it easy to get the help you need no matter where you're located.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me rescuing dogs, supporting local community efforts, or mentoring at-risk youth. I care deeply about the communities I serve and the people who call them home.
If you're looking for affordable, dependable assistance with legal document preparation, I'd be honored to help.
