Kelly Hairgrove, LDA
Kelly Hairgrove is the owner of Small Claims San Diego specializing in small claims cases including post-judgment. Kelly was trained in small claims by working with an attorney prior to starting her own business in 2014. She recently obtained the LDA license to include assistance with filing initial small claims and for post-judgment collections.
After 4 years in the Navy, stationed at Pearl Harbor, she attended the USD paralegal program and worked for two years on a high-profile class action toxic tort case. After the case settled, she moved onto the auto insurance industry providing auto repair estimates and investigating traffic accidents. Kelly later partnered with an attorney who wanted to provide small claims in her business and they began a small claims division, which included skip-tracing, process serving, and assisting with post-judgment collections.
Kelly is a member of Team Survivor Sea Dragons (a women’s cancer survivor dragon boat team), a retired Coast Guard Auxiliarist, a frequent volunteer at a variety of events and non-profit functions throughout San Diego. She is an avid Jimmy Buffett fan and a proud Tikiphile.
