Nelson's commitment to innovation led him to develop groundbreaking technology in the field, including patent-pending software for "service by email" - a forward-thinking solution already in use in several Canadian provinces. He also created a platform for publishing legal notices online globally, demonstrating his vision for modernizing legal services.
His expertise has been recognized by numerous professional organizations. He's an associate member of the American Bar Association, where he serves on multiple international law committees, and holds memberships in prestigious organizations including the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Society of International Law. Notably, he served as International President of Kiwanis International in 2006-07, overseeing an organization of 560,000 members, and represented the organization as a United Nations NGO representative.
Today, Nelson continues to shape the future of legal support services through his companies and expertise. He regularly conducts MCLE courses for organizations like the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, sharing his knowledge on international service of process and cross-border litigation.
